We’re proud to announce that our government correspondence platform, Tarasol, has been officially accredited by the Saudi Digital Government Authority (DGA) as one of only nine approved solutions for managing government correspondence and collaboration in the Kingdom.
The accreditation was awarded during a ceremony held recently in Riyadh, where DGA recognized the products that passed its rigorous national evaluation program. This milestone reflects not just the strength and compliance of our technology, but also our commitment to supporting the Kingdom’s digital transformation journey.
A milestone rooted in trust
Tarasol isn’t new to Saudi government entities. For more than a decade, it has powered correspondence, meetings and workflow automation in some of the country’s most strategic institutions. From central ministries to local authorities, our clients have relied on Tarasol to manage high volumes of official communications securely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
What the evaluation involved
The Digital Government Authority launched the accreditation initiative as part of its broader efforts to regulate and elevate digital correspondence systems across the public sector. A total of 66 functional and technical criteria were used to evaluate platforms like Tarasol, covering:
- System reliability and performance
- Integration readiness with government platforms
- Compliance with national digital policies and standards
- User experience and accessibility
- Ongoing product development and vendor commitment
The assessment process included comprehensive documentation reviews, live system demonstrations, and remote or on-site validation sessions conducted by DGA teams.
We’re proud that Tarasol met and exceeded these expectations.
Built for today. Evolving for tomorrow.
While accreditation is an important endorsement, what truly defines Tarasol is the road we’ve taken to get here, and the path ahead. Over the years, we’ve invested heavily in R&D to make Tarasol smarter, faster, and more adaptable. Today, it features capabilities powered by artificial intelligence, enabling smarter routing, intelligent processing, advanced analytics, and more responsive decision support.
Our roadmap for Tarasol is aligned with the ambitions of Vision 2030, and we’re working closely with government clients to continuously improve and expand the platform’s capabilities.
