Kuwait’s third largest telecommunications operator VIVA has been using a number of solutions from NVSSoft for the last three years including document capturing solution ArcMate Capture, correspondence system Tarasol, and document management system ArcMate Enterprise.
With an outstanding level of service provided by NVSSoft’s local office in Kuwait, VIVA was keen on renewing the service contract with NVSSoft for the fourth year. NVSSoft was able at all times to maintain minimal response times and quick turnaround on requests and deliveries.
