Five years ago, Saudi telecom operator Zain had a challenge with managing customer data and having it linked with supporting documents through its 1600 shops and outlets, spread all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Back then, NVSSoft provided a solution that allowed shops to scan and index customer contracts and supporting documents directly into the main repository with zero technical support required. A seamless integration with Zain’s TABS billing system as well allowed the full automation and validation of client registration process. NVSSoft’s solution included document management system ArcMate Enterprise as the unified repository for documents, and document capturing system ArcMate Capture implemented at shops and outlets for capturing daily loads of documents. The solution has been in use flawlessly for the past four years with prime support from NVSSoft’s offices in Saudi, which encouraged Zain to renew the service contract with NVSSoft again for the fifth year.
