Kuwait Telecommunications Company – stc, a world-class digital leader providing innovative services and platforms to customers, enabling the digital transformation in Kuwait, has recently renewed its ongoing software support and maintenance agreement with NVSSoft for the 13th year in a row.
stc relies on a range of solutions from NVSSoft, including the ArcMate Enterprise Document Management System Data Center Edition and the Branch Automation Solution which uses biometric identify devices and data validation workflows. With NVSSoft’s Branch Automation Solution, stc was able to achieve significant cost reductions and increase compliance thanks to the solution’s robust data capturing and validation processes.
The support and maintenance agreement includes software upgrades, technical support, and professional services designed to maximize stc’s benefits and return on investment in NVSSoft’s solutions.
“Our strategic partnership with stc, Kuwait’s leading telecommunication company, started in 2008, the same year stc was established. We implemented the ArcMate Enterprise Document Management System and provided archiving services for customer contracts. Three years later we implemented the BID solution to automate the capture of data at points of sales and customer service desks which helped stc reduce costs and eliminate errors and missing data.” said Fadl Bou-Najm, Managing Director at NVSSoft Kuwait.
